TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to On Glow. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.on-glow.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products or services offered through the Site.
The Site is operated by ON-GLOW SKINCARE (“On Glow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to make purchases through the Site. A parent or legal guardian may make purchases on behalf of a minor.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
You may not use our products, Site, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws.
2. PRODUCTS
On Glow offers various products that may include skincare, cosmetics, personal care products, wellness products, food and snacks, apparel, accessories, toys, home goods, and other merchandise.
Some products sold by On Glow may be manufactured, packaged, or originally marketed in countries outside the United States, including Japan, South Korea, Thailand, the Philippines, and other countries.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product names, descriptions, ingredients, sizes, colors, packaging, and images. However, manufacturers may change formulations, ingredients, packaging, designs, product names, or specifications without prior notice.
Actual product packaging may differ from photographs displayed on the Site.
Where legally required labeling or consumer information accompanies a product, customers should review that information before using or consuming the product.
3. IMPORTED AND INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTS
Certain products offered by On Glow may be authentic products originally manufactured for or distributed in international markets.
Because of this:
Product packaging, instructions, or labeling may differ from versions of similar products sold in the United States.
Packaging may contain languages other than English.
Product appearance, formulation, size, or packaging may vary by country or production batch.
Translations, ingredient summaries, usage instructions, and other information provided on our Site are offered for convenience. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but customers should also review the actual product packaging and manufacturer information before use.
Nothing in these Terms permits the sale of a product where its sale would otherwise be prohibited by applicable United States law.
4. COSMETICS, SKINCARE, AND WELLNESS INFORMATION
Information provided on the Site regarding skincare, cosmetics, beauty, wellness, ingredients, routines, or product benefits is provided for general informational purposes only.
Unless specifically identified and lawfully marketed as such, products sold as cosmetics or personal care products are not represented by On Glow as products intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease.
Product descriptions and information are not medical advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a physician, dermatologist, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
Individual results may vary.
If you have sensitive skin, allergies, medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, take medications, or have concerns about whether a product is appropriate for you, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
For topical products, consider patch testing when appropriate and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
5. FOOD, SNACKS, AND ALLERGEN INFORMATION
Food and snack products may contain or be manufactured in facilities that process common allergens, including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, sesame, and soy.
Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions are responsible for carefully reviewing the actual product label and ingredient statement before consumption.
Product formulations may change without notice. Information on the physical product packaging should be reviewed before consuming any food product.
If you have a severe food allergy or are uncertain about a product's ingredients, do not consume the product until you have verified that it is appropriate for you.
6. PRICES
All prices displayed on the Site are generally stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, incorrect discounts, inaccurate product information, or other errors even after an order has been submitted.
If an error affects an order you have already paid for, we may contact you with the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the affected item or order and issue the appropriate refund.
7. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions, discount codes, store credits, free gifts, bundle discounts, free shipping offers, and other promotional offers may be subject to separate conditions stated with the promotion.
Unless specifically stated otherwise:
Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash.
Promotional codes may have expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or usage limits.
Discount codes may not be combined with other offers.
Store credits and promotional credits may not be eligible for use with certain discounts.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a promotion where permitted by law, including in cases of error, fraud, abuse, or misuse.
8. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
Incorrect pricing or product information;
Inventory shortages;
Shipping restrictions;
Suspected resale or commercial purchasing inconsistent with an offer intended for consumers;
Misuse of promotions or discount codes; or
Other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling an order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
We may limit quantities purchased per customer, household, payment method, account, or order.
9. PAYMENT
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for your order, including applicable product charges, shipping charges, and taxes.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other third-party payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply to your transaction.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or elsewhere on the Site.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other events.
We will comply with applicable laws concerning delays, customer consent, cancellation, and refunds when an order cannot be shipped within the promised or legally required period.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
On Glow is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
11. LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ORDERS
If an order arrives damaged, contains incorrect products, or appears to be missing items, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order number and, when requested, photographs of the package and products.
Claims involving lost shipments may require confirmation or investigation with the shipping carrier.
Our resolution of shipping problems will remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
12. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, and order cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available separately on our Site.
Certain products may be designated as final sale or may be ineligible for return for health, hygiene, safety, food-safety, or similar reasons when permitted by applicable law.
Any such restriction will be disclosed through our Return & Refund Policy or applicable product information.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, return, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
13. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products may be available in limited quantities.
We do not guarantee that an item shown on the Site will remain available.
We may discontinue products, change inventory, impose quantity limits, or modify our product assortment without notice.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve that product.
14. PERSONAL USE AND RESALE
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, products sold through the Site are offered primarily for personal or household use.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that reasonably appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or other parties purchasing unusually large quantities for resale.
Customers interested in wholesale purchasing may contact us separately.
15. ACCOUNTS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or prohibited activity.
16. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, PHOTOS, AND USER CONTENT
If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, testimonial, suggestion, social-media submission, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.
You grant On Glow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with our Site, business, social media, and marketing, subject to applicable law.
We may remove content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.
Submitting a review does not guarantee publication.
We will not require or condition incentives on a customer providing a positive review where doing so would violate applicable law.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and its original content, including the On Glow name, logos, branding, graphics, website design, photographs created by us, written descriptions created by us, and other original material, are owned by or licensed to On Glow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks, brand names, logos, and product images remain the property of their respective owners.
The sale of a third-party product by On Glow does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with the manufacturer unless expressly stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our proprietary Site content without permission.
18. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Site to engage in fraud, interfere with Site security, introduce viruses or malicious code, scrape the Site through unauthorized automated means, impersonate another person, violate intellectual property rights, submit false information, harass others, conduct unlawful transactions, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Site.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the Site for violations of these Terms.
19. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media services, product manufacturers, Shopify applications, or other service providers.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or separate terms.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate agreements with those providers.
20. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be reviewed together with these Terms.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that electronic transactions require the collection and processing of information necessary to process payments, fulfill orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, and operate our business.
Marketing email or text communications are subject to separate consent requirements and applicable law.
21. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PURCHASES
If On Glow offers subscriptions, automatic delivery, memberships, or other recurring purchase programs in the future, the recurring price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation procedure, and any minimum commitment will be clearly disclosed before enrollment.
Where required by applicable law, customers who enroll online will be provided an online method of cancellation and any legally required renewal or cancellation notices.
Specific subscription terms presented at enrollment will supplement these Terms.
22. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY THIRD PARTIES ARE SUBJECT TO ANY WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY THOSE MANUFACTURERS. ON GLOW DOES NOT MAKE ADDITIONAL MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.
23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OTTO NOMAD LLC, ON GLOW, AND THEIR MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ON GLOW FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IN THOSE STATES, THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
24. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Otto Nomad LLC, On Glow, and their respective members, managers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
25. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We will not be responsible for a failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fires, floods, epidemics, pandemics, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, carrier delays, governmental actions, war, civil unrest, internet outages, utility failures, or supply-chain disruptions.
This provision does not eliminate consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
26. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and transactions with On Glow are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable federal law or mandatory consumer protection laws of another jurisdiction apply.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section eliminates any jurisdiction, venue, or consumer protection right that cannot legally be waived.
27. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
28. NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
29. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional terms displayed during checkout or in connection with a specific promotion or service, constitute the applicable agreement between you and On Glow regarding use of the Site and purchases through the Site.
30. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
