To help ensure you receive products at their freshest and most effective, we source our skincare items directly from the manufacturer or fresh from retail shelves instead of keeping long-term inventory.

Because of this sourcing process, please allow 1–3 weeks for order processing and shipping before your order arrives at your doorstep.

Your patience allows us to provide fresher products with the longest possible remaining shelf life and optimal quality.

We want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information.

Returns & Replacements

To qualify, you must:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photos, videos, and any additional documentation that supports your claim and serves as proof of the damage or issue upon delivery.
• Once we review your return request, we will send you the new/correct product.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please note:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
• A $10 return processing fee applies.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sellable condition.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will credit the value of the original item to your account, which can be applied toward your future purchases.

Requests made after 7 days or that do not meet the requirements above may not be eligible for a return or replacement.
